ICBF Approval!

We had been told by our agency at the beginning of February that ICBF was well on their way to approving us but it was just verbal information and not official. I was wondering what our official approval date was and emailed our agency several times the last few days to try to find out. Imagine my surprise when they forwarded the official approval letter that states we were approved by ICBF on January 18th!!! (just 4 days after our dossier was submitted on a Friday!) So, that means we have been approved for almost 6 weeks and our referral should hopefully be coming any day now. And....we could travel as soon as 5 weeks (or longer) after receiving the referral. While we are still waiting, I do feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
