Jhonatan and 10 other adorable children from Colombia arrived at Dulles the afternoon of July 1st. Arrival Day is definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole Kidsave Summer Miracles experience. The anticipation that builds while the host families wait to see the children walk around the corner in their bright yellow shirts is hard to describe. Jhonatan came around the corner with a huge smile on his face and was ready to go! He was far more handsome than his picture and extremely personable, making a point to call all of us by name (and that is no easy task)!
